I founded The Right Time because I noticed something huge missing in society- an easy, approachable service to help singles to mean one another in a real and meaningful way.
I knew I had to build something to help make it happen.
My Story
Before I became a matchmaker, I spent a long time being single myself.
I went on the dates, used the apps, had the disappointments, and knew firsthand how exhausting it could feel to genuinely want a relationship while having no idea where you were actually supposed to meet someone.
Then, one day, I decided to organize a speed dating event.
I didn’t have some grand business plan. I just thought: Why isn’t there a better, more human way for single people to meet?
The event was a huge success. People came, they connected, matches were made-and I realized I was really good at bringing people together.
And then my own person showed up in a way I never expected.
I met my husband, Aviel, in a language course. Neither of us was there looking for love, but we hit it off- and three years later, we tied the knot.
It reminded me of something I’d always believed: meeting the right person isn’t just about swiping through more people. Sometimes it’s about putting yourself in the right room, meeting someone you might never have crossed paths with otherwise, and giving a real connection the chance to happen.
That’s what I want to create with The Right Time.
Today, I create events where people can actually talk to each other, and I work personally with singles through matchmaking to find connections that make sense in real life- not just on paper.
And when I’m not thinking about who should meet whom, I’m usually hanging out with Aviel and our cat Perla, working out, spending time with my friends, reading, watching great TV, or doing something involving acting, writing, or art.
Basically, I really like people. And I really like bringing the right ones together.
